Processing Time
Our wooden wall art pieces are entirely handmade, resulting in a slightly longer processing time. We need 5-7 business days to create your order, as each piece is made to order with careful craftsmanship.

Shipping Time
Once your item is ready, it will be shipped within 3-5 business days. We provide tracking for every order, and you'll receive your tracking number as soon as your product is shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at support@olivewoodmossart.com within 24 hours. After this window, we may not be able to make changes.

Damaged Items
